THE GIFT SHOP
| THE GIFT SHOP "LODN" The gift shop is situated on the ground floor of the south-east wing of the castle. Pecularity of the gift shop is its equipment. Furniture equipment is a replica of the furniture that was once placed in general shops in north-east of Slovenia. Hand craft products are mainly from craftsmen from Slovenska Bistrica area and other regions of Slovenia. All products hold the cetificat ( Art& Craft ) issued by the Chambre of Craft and Small Business of Slovenia. Beside of variety of items the gift shop is also interesting because some exhibits from Arko's etnological collection are exhibited in the shop to tell the stories of everyday life and festive times of the people from Pohorje, Kozjansko and surrounding of Slovenska Bistrica. Opening hours of the gift shop Monday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p. m. Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. |
